72 Nefes is a breathing sequence developed by Kudret-i Nefes Akademisi. Eight techniques are practiced in succession, for a total of seventy-two breaths. The seventy-third breath is not taken for oneself but offered to the universe as a contribution.

Seminar days begin with this sequence. Inhalation is preferably through the nose, with exhalation through the mouth. Attention stays with the breath and one's center.

The techniques are taught through guided, hands-on practice during seminars.

These practices are for personal awareness and do not replace medical assessment. Before joining, read the “Before you join” section on the School page.
